re-THINKing dEMENTIA...

SELF-MANAGEMENT OF DEMENTIA

Self-management and dementia focuses on bringing the concept of self-management, that of learning to live well with a chronic condition (in this case, dementia), into the dementia context. The goal of this research program is to develop tools and strategies WITH and for people living with dementia to help with self-management, and to translate resources and strategies into different tools for people living with dementia.
