re-THINKing dEMENTIA...
We provide dementia and seniors' mental health education to formal and informal service providers (including staff of facility and community-based long-term care agencies, community care access centres, complex chronic care, community counselling and outreach programs and primary care physicians) as well as providing education and resources to the community (including people living with dementia, care partners, and the community at large). Funding for these activities is provided by the North West Local Health Integrated Network (LHIN) 14. The geographic boundary of LHIN 14 includes the districts of Thunder Bay and Kenora-Rainy River.
